Transform the Pain offers guidance and support on your way to transforming the pain into light and growth.
Online one-on-one transformation sessions are designed to help you achieve that. Think of them as a safe place where you can vent, cry, and pour your heart out without fear of being judged or misunderstood.
Together, we'll create a personal transformation plan based on your character, situation, and specific needs.
We are not all the same and thus not every approach works for every person. What you need is tailor-made guidance and support based on your specific situation. And that's precisely what you'll get!
The meetings take place online or over the phone, whichever option you prefer. This means that you don't have to drive anywhere and worry about how you look. You can do it all from the safety of your home while having a nice cup of tea and wearing PJs or whatever else you feel comfortable in.

You'll learn how to transform the pain through writing as well as how to publish it a blog or a book.
Mateja Klaric is the person behind Transform the Pain. She graduated in psychology from Arizona State University with the highest distinction. She also received a professional certificate The Science of Happiness at Work from the University of California, Berkley, and completed several additional courses on topics ranging from ancient Chinese philosophy and Buddhism to mindfulness and the role of linguistics in psychology.
Mateja uses a combination of cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, guided meditation, body and mind relaxation, and visualization. In resolving deep-rooted subconscious issues, she works on the level of symbols and energy healing. Mateja is a highly intuitive empath who experienced severe emotional trauma herself. As such, she is uniquely poised to help those in need - not just because of her formal education but because she knows from personal experience how it feels to suffer as well as how to transform and overcome emotional pain.

A memoir Writing to Heal the Pain: Stories & Poems is an example of how to process loss and emotional pain by writing about it. The book also shows how certain losses that only involve death on a symbolic level can be equally devastating as a physical loss.
