Hi! My name is Mateja and I'm your transformation guide. I graduated in psychology from Arizona State University with the highest distinction but that's far from the only reason why I can help you overcome your challenges. I too went through a major emotional upheaval and loss. That's why I know exactly how it feels, how hard it is to find support, and how often those closest to you only make it worse by their inconsiderate remarks.
Some people might make you feel as if there's something wrong with you if you find it hard to deal with loss and emotional pain, but you are most likely only having a natural reaction. Just to make this clear - I do not treat people for mental illness. Grief and emotional pain are NOT mental illness. They are a natural reaction to various types of hurts and losses. And that's something I can help you with.
How it works
I offer guidance through the maze of emotional confusion and pain you are likely experiencing after the unthinkable happened. This can range from personal problems to painful breakups and other kinds of losses. Not every loss is considered "serious" in our society, and that's a problem. Know that it's not the society that can determine how bad things are - it's you. What matters is you and how you feel.
One-on-one transformation sessions can help you overcome and deal with such issues. The meetings take place over Skype or phone - whichever option you prefer. Think of these sessions as a safe place where you can pour your heart out without the fear of being judged or misunderstood. Together, we'll create the plan for your personal transformation. It will be tailor-made, based on your character, situation, and personal needs. I'll guide you every step of the way, for as long as you'll need me.
